Two new blackberry varieties from Global Plant Genetics will be distributed by Niwa
Global Plant Genetics (GPG) has signed a licensing agreement with the Polish breeding programme Niwa, for two new early blackberry varieties. As a result of the agreement GPG will represent the cultivars Maryna and Juhas in a range of international territories.

Morocco's berry exports are increasing this season compared to the 2022/23 season. According to data released by the AMPFR (Moroccan Association of Red Fruit Producers), exports have increased from 111 thousand tonnes to 120 thousand tonnes from the start of the season to April 30.
