This website is created and managed by NCX Drahorad, a company providing international trade services for horticultural products, founded in 1982 by Rolando Drahorad.

The responsible director of Italian Berry is Thomas Drahorad, the president of NCX Drahorad, which has been operating in international horticultural trade since 1990 and has been active in the small fruit trade sector for 15 years, primarily for export and import.

INTERNATIONAL TRADE

For trade, NCX Drahorad is active in small fruits export to major European markets (with a focus on the United Kingdom) and some selected global destinations served by air.

For import, NCX Drahorad relies on a network of direct contacts in major global production areas, enabling year-round supply coverage.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Thomas Drahorad is the creator and organizer of the Mirtillo Business Day, the first Italian event focusing on blueberries, and Italian Berry Day, the first Italian event in the small fruit supply chain.

He has published " Small Fruits 2018," a report on the global small fruit sector (with a particular focus on production, consumption, varieties, and innovation).

He was a speaker at the Global Berry Congress 2019 in Amsterdam, presenting on the Italian blueberry sector, and at the ALS 2020 meeting, he delivered a report on global blueberry production and marketing.
