Agrovision expands premium blueberry production in Peru, focuses on innovation, new varieties and the Asian market with the port of Chancay.

The company has over 2,200 hectares of production in Peru and has established new production areas in Romania, Thailand, Egypt, Indonesia and China.

The company specialising in the premium segment has raised around $250 million in total equity since its foundation in 2012.

The agreement for a 33-hectare berry plantation begins the first of several agreements for a total 2000 hectares. The new Yunnan farming operation serves to advance the company’s promise of premium superfruits, 52-weeks a year, of domestically grown, premium berries.
