berries and summer fruits are the subject of a joint promotion that activates a 20% discount if you buy at least two packages of any of these products.
In the assortment on offer are Berry Duo (blueberries and Raspberries) and Mixed Berries (blackberries and Raspberries) packs.
I blueberries are offered in 220g glasses in the premium Flavourbust brand (Dazzle variety) at R49.99 (Eur 3.00) and in the standard 180g glass at R39.99 (Eur 2.50). There is also an organic line in the 125g glass and a 360g large format basket at R84.99 (Eur 5.30).
On the shelves of the berries there are also glasses of 200g of "cape gooseberries" (better known in Italy as Physalis) which generate a pleasant chromatic contrast being sold without the protective inflorescence, with the intense yellow skin in evidence.
All the packages are in the private label "WoolworthsFood".
Overall a well-stocked department, with a particular focus on blueberries in seven references. Through the preponderant use of glasses, the fruits are enhanced and clearly visible throughout the display, creating a remarkable overall chromatic impact.
