THE 16 WEBINARS OF THE INTERNATIONAL MONTH OF THE BLUEBERRY

181

Today begins "Agosto Mes Internacional del Arándano 2022," a series of 16 webinars organized by Blueberries Consulting, in which Italian Berry is also participating with a report by Thomas Drahorad on GDO, consumption and consumers of blueberries in Italy.

Since the pandemic, the international market has faced changes that have affected the economic well-being of many industries. Manufacturers of blueberries faced a 2021-2022 season with logistical problems that not only highlighted the need to remain at the forefront of production techniques, but also accelerated research in search of new solutions to problems that, at least to date, persist with no certainty of their end.

It is this scenario that enhances the value of events such as International Blueberry Month 2022, an online event where experts, researchers, and producers can interact and socialize on how best to overcome future adversity.
