The training is aimed at quality teams in orchards and packinghouses, personnel working directly on defect identification, and the industry in general.

"To achieve this," in the words of Paula del Valle, a Chilean agronomist specializing in berries and curator of myblueproject, "we need to work from the origin in the orchard, with proper harvest and preservation of the characteristics of our fruits under proper management; therefore, it is essential to know and develop processes adapted to each operation according to its flow by correlating volume, time, production systems, etc., to achieve good results.

To achieve the ultimate goal of anexperience that keeps customers coming back to buy your fruit, the course aims to transfer the tools needed for good performance through a 4-session training from the orchard to the target market.
