30.9 percent of total Peruvian exports of blueberries in 2022 were sent to Europe, with a total FOB value of $404.2 million and a total quantity of 85.5 million kg.
On the podium of the top European importers of Peruvian blueberries in 2022 were three Peruvian companies with their European subsidiaries, together handling 27.4 percent of the total volume. The top European importer was thus Germany's OGL, closely trailed by Spain's Euroberry. It was followed by British importer Direct Produce Supplies and two German companies (Nordgemuese and Widmann).
Next, two Spanish companies (Global Berry and Ideal Fruits), multinational berries specialist Driscoll's and Spain's Euroandes hold about 3 percent of European imports of Peruvian blueberry . They are followed by Spain's San Lucar and multinational Dole. At 2 percent we find the top Dutch importer (Berries Pride), followed by Frutania (Germany) and Switzerland's Verde Import. The Dutch importer SFI Rotterdam BV closes the ranking.
