Press release
Berry Village, Pergine Valsugana, April 19, 2026. Product quality, the strong reputation of the Sant'Orsola brand, the company’s confirmed solidity, and teamwork all drove the 2025 financial results upward. The figures were presented and unanimously approved by the members in the late afternoon of Saturday, April 18, during the Cooperative’s annual ordinary shareholders’ meeting.
A highly positive result with record-breaking figures, though by no means a given considering the difficulties caused by weather events in the fields, especially during the first half of the year.
Production nevertheless proved to be of good quality and was very well received by the domestic reference market.
The quantity of fruit produced increased by about 7 percent, rising from 5,631 tons in 2024 to 6,015 in 2025, mainly due to two factors: the increase in cultivated area, amounting to about 12 hectares, mainly in southern regions farmed by members, and the positive effect of the agronomic techniques introduced.
Both of these factors are supported by the credit granted by the BCC banks of the Cassa Centrale Banca group and facilitated by the Cooperative under an agreement signed in 2025 and renewed for the current year, aimed at further strengthening business development.
The resources obtained for members are intended for the modernization of production facilities, technological innovation, and improved production efficiency, with the goal of increasing market competitiveness.
The current growing season has also started under the best possible auspices, although any forecast must take into account the likely negative repercussions resulting from ongoing international conflicts.
Comment from Chairman Silvio Bertoldi: “The 2025 economic result marks a positive achievement, especially with regard to the payout to members. Careful and prudent management has made it possible to preserve the Cooperative’s financial balance and allows us to guarantee an increase in the percentage of monthly advances to members during the current year.”

The figures in the 2025 financial statements
The value of production at the end of 2025 increased by 9.5 percent, reaching €94.44 million compared with €86.26 million in 2024. Revenue grew by 9.6 percent, rising from €82.6 million in 2024 to €90.5 million in the past financial year.
Consumers recognized the quality of Sant'Orsola fruit and rewarded it better than in the past.
The increase in revenue and cost efficiency improvements helped drive the value of payouts distributed to members, which came close to the record threshold of €36 million compared with more than €32 million in the previous year, an increase of 8.6 percent.
The profit reported in the 2025 financial statements amounts to €547,000, slightly higher than the €535,000 recorded in 2024.
Comment from General Manager Michele Plancher
“We are very satisfied with the results achieved in 2025 and in the first months of 2026, but we cannot limit ourselves to defending what we have built. We must evolve by creating a more resilient cooperative model, one that is ready to mitigate the effects of the geopolitical crises that have been affecting us for years.
The financial recognitions received for 2025, the agreement with Cassa Centrale Banca, and the innovations represented by the new varieties are concrete examples that will help us achieve this goal.”
Michele Plancher, General Manager of Sant'Orsola
The reputation of the Sant'Orsola brand: Credit Reputation Award received for the second consecutive year
The credit granted to the Cooperative is supported by the company’s credibility and financial solidity, which Sant'Orsola has also been recognized for at national level. For the second consecutive year, in fact, it received the Credit Reputation Award, a prize assigned by the specialized company MF Centrale Risk after analyzing data from the Bank of Italy’s central credit register according to a method based on a dedicated algorithm that ensures impartiality in the attribution of merit.
