Global blueberry price index up 1,2% in week 25/2024

The Global Blueberry Price Index based on 14 global retails audited 18/06/2024 has increased by 1,2% compared to the previous week, mostly driven by the discount segment, while prices for standard blueberries decreased by 0,49%.

This week's panel includes 50 SKU's in 14 global retailers, with an average of 3,6 SKU's per retailer.

Last week's panel included 44 SKU's in 13 retailers (average 3,4 SKU's per retailer).

• 12% of the SKU's showed increased prices, with prices up by 39% compared to the previous week;
• 71% of the SKU's showed no change in the prices;
• 17% of the SKU's showed decreased prices, with prices down by 17% compared to the previous week.

• Blueberry minimum prices mostly stable this week: based on 14 global retailers audited 18/06/2024, 50% kept the minimum prices in the blueberry range stable, 36% increased them, while 14% has lowered the minimum prices compared to 11/06/2024.
• Blueberry maximum prices mostly stable this week: based on 14 global retailers audited 18/06/2024, 57% kept the maximum prices in the blueberry range stable, 29% increased them, while 14% has lowered the maximum prices compared to 11/06/2024.
