Raspberry prices jump up (+14.5%) in week 5/2023

The week that opened on 01/23/2023 sees a sharp increase in the Italian retail price index for raspberries, which are up 14.5 percent from last week.

In the surveyed online Retail retailers , there was a -19% change in the number of references in the assortment to 34 from 42 in the previous survey on 01/23/2023.

The number of references on offer sees blueberries and blackberries at the top, with 32.1 percent and 28.6 percent of the products surveyed, respectively, followed by raspberries and red currants.
