The survey was conducted on 26/03/2024 in the area of Modena (Italy) on 16 shops owned by 16 retailers belonging to 12 retailing groups.
The price ranges are considerable, with blueberries ranging from Eur 14.00/kg (Dpiù) to Eur 26.00/kg (Sigma). The most expensive basket was found in the Conad store, weighed down by redcurrants at Eur 31.84/kg. The cheapest shopping baskets are available in the discount stores, with no less than five brands with an average category price below Eur 20/kg.
