In Trieste, the landscape appears limited in terms of brands: on the shelves, in fact, there are only a few well-established names (Slomp, Garden Frutta, Sant'Orsola).
The quality is good, as are the production batches, which are fresh and processed this week.
Prices are falling, as we have entered the peak of European production; availability is also satisfactory, with formats often exceeding 125 grams, including for blackberries and raspberries.
This is the summary of today’s surveys, 6 May 2026, carried out in the urban area of Trieste, covering 17 points of sale from 17 retail chains belonging to 12 large-scale retail groups.
The assortments were surveyed in the points of sale of the following retail chains: Aldi, Cadoro, Conad, Conad City, Coop, Crai, Despar, Dpiù, Eurospar, Eurospin, Famila, IN's, Ipercoop, Lidl, Maxi, MD, Pam.
